Returns and Refunds Policy
At PuraFORZA, we offer a returns policy in accordance with Spanish and European Union legislation. You are entitled to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, without any need for justification.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
General conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to PuraFORZA.

Defective or Problematic Products:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not correct, you must notify us within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
  • Contact us via our email info@puraforza.com, providing your name, order number, description of the problem, and if possible, photos of the affected product.
  • Once the defect is validated, we will proceed to send you a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a credit for future purchases, according to your preference.

Non-returnable Products
We do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Personal hygiene or body care items.
  • Disposable material, samples, or consumables.

Process to Initiate a Return
Request your return:

  • Write to us at info@puraforza.com within the stipulated time frame, including:
    • Your name and email address.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.

Receipt of Instructions:

  • After receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product to the corresponding address.
  • Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as we will not be able to process your return.

Evaluation and Resolution:

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted.
  • If applicable, we will manage the reshipment of the product or issue a credit, as requested.

Regulatory Compliance
This policy is designed in accordance with Spanish and European Union legislation, including the right of withdrawal established in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not yet received the refund, please contact us at info@puraforza.com.
