    We ship to the following areas:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
  • Europe: We ship to various European countries.

  • Mainland Spain: 24 to 72 working hours.
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 5 working days.
  • Europe: 3 to 5 working days (depending on the region).
    Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as delays in the logistics of transport companies or delays in specific areas of Europe.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Mainland Spain: Free shipping for orders over €30. For orders below this amount, a fixed rate will be applied, visible during the checkout process.
  • Balearic Islands and Europe: Shipping costs vary by region and will be automatically calculated upon completing the order.
  1. Delivery Options: Home or Pickup Point
  • Home Delivery: Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the purchase.
  • Pickup Point Delivery: After making the purchase, the customer can select a pickup point from the corresponding courier service's website, using the order tracking number. This option allows for greater flexibility in receiving the package.
  1. Delivery Attempts
    Deliveries are made during business hours. If no one is available at the specified address, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Tracking
    All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. This allows the customer to monitor the status of their order in real time and, if desired, manage delivery at a pickup point.

  3. High-Demand Periods
    During high-demand seasons, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other special holidays, delivery times may be extended due to the volume of orders and factors external to our company.
