  1. Purpose of the Contract

This document regulates the access and use of the website www.puraforza.com, as well as the commercial relationship between the Provider and the Customer, who purchases products through the site.

Contractual relationship: The contractual relationship begins when the Customer places an order on the site, accepts these Terms by ticking the corresponding box, and receives an order confirmation.

Territorial scope: Products are available for shipping to:

  • Mainland Spain.
  • Balearic Islands (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
  • Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, and Belgium.

  1. Purchase Procedure

The Customer can place orders without needing to register. The steps for purchase are:

  • Select the product and add it to the cart.
  • Complete the billing and shipping data.
  • Choose the payment method and accept the Terms by ticking the corresponding box.
  • Confirm the order.

The system will send an email with the order summary. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the information and communicate any errors to the Provider immediately.

  1. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices: Prices include VAT and are displayed in euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process based on the Customer's location.

Free shipping in mainland Spain for orders over €30 (not applicable to the Balearic Islands or international orders).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
  • PayPal.
  • Google Pay.
  • Apple Pay.

The Provider uses SSL technology to ensure transaction security.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. In such cases:

  • If an irregularity is confirmed, the order will be canceled, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
